Appliance Repair Cancellation Policy

At CAppliances Repair, we believe in transparency and fairness, which is why our appliance repair cancellation policy is simple and straightforward.

 

We understand that unexpected events can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appliance repair appointment. To help us serve all customers efficiently, we kindly request a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment.

For example, if your appointment is set between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, please notify us no later than 11:00 AM on the same day.

If you are contacting us outside of regular business hours, please do not leave a voicemail. Instead, send your cancellation or rescheduling request via email to: cappliancesrepair@gmail.com

Failure to provide timely notice may result in a $69.99 + tax service call fee.
